This album was culled from various points of a live performance in my flat on the 12/05/2015 on the Sutton Estate, Newcastle Upon Tyne.

The original live performance went about an hour and was based on recordings I made by accident on my shit phone, recordings I made very deliberately and with the consent of everyone in the room at Dave's house, youtube rips put through effects, some tapes and an unplugged electric guitar.

The vocal on "Sorry I Can't Be There/8.30 Into Work was originally recorded as my contribution to an Ex Serviceman gig in 2014.

"Feeding Dad Pills In A Bad Dream" contains lyrics from "Alone With The Owl" by Jason Molina.
